Okay so I thought I would make a quick blog post not only for a reminder that this method actually works, but also to let others know that you can use this drink to help kick a cold.

So far I’m on day one. I’ve had 3 doses of hot Apple Cider Vinegar with Water and Lemon Juice.

I’m using two table spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar per 8ozs of water. I add a few drops of lemon juice to give it a little flavor.

Let me be clear: THIS TASTES HORRIBLE, but I manage to finish it.

So far, my sinuses have cleared, but I have a horrible cough.
